Variance Application
The Noble Co Drainage Board has a process for landowners to obtain written permission to be closer than 75-feet to a county regulated drain, with a structure. The cost for the variance application is $25.00 (checks made out to the Noble Co Drainage Board) and once application is submitted to the Drainage Office, it will be added to the agenda for the next time available for the drainage board to review/and or approve.
