Requirements

1. Depth chart

    a. Cable to be plowed as close to the Right-of-way edge as possible, within 2 feet of the ROW edge.

    b. Cable must be placed at a minimum of 30 inches in depth.

    c. All bores to be 48 inches in depth.

    d. Trenching to be 48 inches in depth.

    e. Poles, pedestals, and warning signs will be placed within 18 inches of the Right-of-way.

    f. Buried cable cannot be placed in the bottom of a ditch.

2. Three (3) copies (complete sets) of permit and depth chart with original signatures.
