Only one entry into office does not meet fire code requirements.
Stair railings are broken and unsafe.
Walls are separating.  This causes leaking and other structural problems.
Flooring was built for much lighter and smaller trucks.  Concrete has broken and moves under traffic.  Utilities including sanitary sewer are located under flooring.  Sanitary Sewer breaks regularly.  Trucks barely fit into the garage with due to limited height of ceiling.
Roof severely leaks in many locations.  Water pours through during rainstorms.  Trusses are built into walls which causes structural problems as the walls continue to separate.  Leakage is due to poor roof and separating walls.
Floors are un-level and due to water leaking through roof, Water stands in many areas which cause floor deterioration.
Water again leaking into office areas.  Some areas have machinery under leaking areas and have to be covered in plastic.  These items cannot be used on rainy days.
Doors are deteriorated and require replacement.
Service bays are too few.  Repairs and service cannot be performed on vehicles and equipment as needed.
Buildings are undersized for storage of equipment,  Not enough storage space for all equipment.
No storage for equipment out of season.
Electrical boxes are not up to standard and some are not safe for daily use.
  Many other areas out of code requirements, undersized, leaking, or unsafe.
