To obtain a Driveway Permit please have the following:

1. A Recorded Deed from the Recorders Office (636-3264), describing the property on which the permit is being obtained for.

(This is required for the Drainage Form, Septic Permit, Driveway Permit, and Building Permit.)

2. A Drainage Form from the Noble County Surveyor's Office (636-2131), certifying the improvement, including septic system, driveway and structures, are not located within 75' from a county regulated drain and compliance with County Storm Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance.

3. A Tax Plat Map or Survey from the Noble County Surveyor's Office  (636-2131) of the property where the drive is being located at. This needs the footages written on it for how far the center of the drive is from both boundary lines.
